Individual Therapy
There are various events or emotions that an individual goes through which can be very difficult to overcome alone.
Whether you experienced childhood trauma or are going through a difficult phase in life right now, individual therapy can help you heal and recover.
It consists of one-on-one psychotherapy sessions where I provide my clients with a safe and comfortable environment to freely share their feelings, challenges, behaviors.
My goal is to empower them to think positively, help them come to terms with past traumas, and inspire meaningful change in their behavior.
Embrace individual therapy. Transform your life!
Couples Therapy
Disagreements, misunderstandings, and miscommunication occur between couples. Many see therapy as a last-ditch attempt to save their relationship or marriage.
But it’s incredibly beneficial for couples to agree to sessions at a much earlier stage too.
Whether you are seeking to repair a broken relationship or prevent an imminent crisis, I help you and your partner openly discuss your concerns and apprehensions. You can choose to attend sessions together or individually.
In case one person is going through a mental illness, I assist the couple in understanding their situation and moving forward together.
Try out couples therapy to mend your differences and cultivate happiness. It’s worth it to invest in your relationship!
Family Therapy
There is an array of situations that can negatively impact multiple individuals in a family.
For instance, the death of a loved one, internal conflicts, lack of communication, divorce of parents, and divorced adults co-parenting, among others, lead to several obstacles.
Initially, I try to understand your family’s circumstances and dynamics as a unit. Then, we proceed with joint sessions or individual sessions – whichever works best for your family.
Family therapy can go a long way in helping your family come closer and grow stronger.
From empowering you all to navigate a difficult period and enabling you to successfully undergo a major transition to catering to the mental and behavioral health problems, I can help you.
Group Therapy
It’s common to feel isolated and lonely when you are dealing with the loss of a closed one, fighting a battle against anxiety and depression, and feeling insecure with yourself.
In group therapy, individuals just like you, facing the same troubles come together to navigate these issues with my guidance.
Here, you can openly share your thoughts, find a support network that backs you, and turn your life around with consistent sessions and training.
Become a part of a group and heal together!
Opting for therapy may seem like a difficult choice, but it’s the right one – there’s no doubt about that!
Animal Assisted Therapy
Where healing comes with a wagging tail.
Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we all need a little help navigating the tough stuff. Therapy is a space for connection, comfort, and meaningful growth. Whether you're an individual seeking support, a couple looking to reconnect, or a parent concerned about your child or teen, you're in the right place.
You'll also meet a very special part of the team: Deion, my in-training miniature Dachshund therapy dog. With her calm presence and intuitive nature, she brings a sense of ease and warmth to our sessions—making therapy both approachable and effective.
Emotional Support Animal Letters
The Comfort of a Companion — With the Support You Deserve
An Emotional Support Animal (ESA) can provide essential comfort, stability, and companionship for individuals living with emotional or mental health challenges. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, or another condition, an ESA can offer a calming presence and make daily life a little easier to navigate.
If you believe an ESA could support your wellbeing, I can help by providing a legitimate ESA letter after a thorough evaluation. A properly issued ESA letter can allow you to:
- Live with your emotional support animal in housing that may otherwise restrict pets (protected under the Fair Housing Act)
- Travel more easily with your ESA (some airlines may accommodate ESA policies based on current regulations)
What to Expect:
- We’ll schedule an assessment to determine whether an ESA is appropriate for your needs.
- If approved, you will receive a legally valid ESA letter, written and signed by a licensed mental health professional.
- I’ll also guide you through the process of understanding your rights and responsibilities as an ESA owner.
Please Note:
An ESA letter is different from a service animal certification. It doesn’t grant public access rights (such as bringing your ESA into restaurants or stores) but is primarily intended for housing and, in some cases, travel accommodations.
Let’s take the next step together!
